• Currently, I head the Core User Experience engineering teams at Oculus VR, where we are building the future of computing. We're turning VR into a destination where you can have shared experiences with people you know or meet, and be co-present with them, embodied in virtual experiences that defy distance.

  • Our group is comprised of many teams that innovate in this vast space. We're responsible for the value people get straight out of the box when they purchase one of our headsets, such as the popular Quest 2. We build consistent UI frameworks that teams can leverage to more easily ship a cohesive UX. We bridge 3D and 2D. We're also responsible for keeping you safe from obstacles, for navigation, linking to PCs, continued user education and new user experiences, parental controls, and multiple other areas, some are secret, and always future-oriented.

  • Previously, I founded and led the engineering teams building Instagram’s Camera, and Augmented Reality, on product surfaces like Stories, Feed, Direct, Live, and Reels. Camera is one of the most widely used surfaces in Instagram and it helps hundreds of millions connect and share every day.

  • Our AR platform is the leading platform for mobile AR creation and discovery. More than 400K Spark AR creators from 190 countries have published over 1.2M AR effects on Facebook and Instagram (Jan 2021).

  • I love working with founders. I’m an active angel investor and advisor for companies in the consumer tech, crypto, AI, and AR/VR spaces.

  • Prior to IG, I spent years at Facebook HQ building and scaling Facebook Groups, where my teams took the product from HTML5 to over a billion daily users.

  • Previously - Mobile Engineering and Management @ Mako, Moment.me (acquired by Wix.com) and MTP (acquired).

  • I earned a BSc in Computer Science @ TAU where I focused on NLP and Machine Learning. I also earned a BA in Business.

  • Personally, I’m passionate about music (guitars, live music, and hi-end audio), languages, and traveling.
